I have 10 years of experience in strength and conditioning and 7 years of experience combining strength and conditioning and sports science to positively impact athlete health and performance.

Coordinate the sports performance of Women’s basketball including creating and implementing strength and conditioning programs, individual supplemental work, conducting routine performance assessments, providing nutritional guidance, and travel responsibilities which helped capture the first A-10 tournament championship in program history.

Manage all aspects of the comprehensive load monitoring program I implemented for women’s basketball.

Implement the use of load monitoring technology & subjective assessments to facilitate a comprehensive athlete monitoring program for the Women’s Basketball program.

Designed and implemented sport performance programs for Women’s Volleyball, assisting them in qualifying for the A-10 tournament in 2018 for the first time in program history.

• Designed and implemented strength and conditioning programs for Swim & Dive, Women’s Volleyball, Sailing.
• Designed and implemented speed and agility drills for football.
• Instructed undergraduate strength training class to introduce non-student athletes to weightlifting.

• Coordinated all aspects of the Strength & Conditioning department including scheduling, programming for teams and communicating with sport coaches, athletic directors and sports medicine staff.
• Instructed an introductory middle and high school weights & conditioning class to teach non- athletes the basics of weightlifting, conditioning and speed and agility training.
